One on one training, as well as group sessions to empower individuals to cast away social conditioning and outside expectations and lead their own life.

This training is open to anyone who is interested in self growth and becoming more aware of their communication and presence.

People from all professions – leaders in the workplace, actors, teachers, artists – and all walks of life are welcome.

Barbara Duchow has combined her acting techniques, body work, systemic therapy, as well as her experience as director and show producer with her sheer passion for bringing out the best  in others. She has trained over 6000 business executives globally, as well as people from all disciplines – designers, artists, psychologists, among others.

She specialises in creating a „leadership mindset“, managing anxieties that come with leadership challenges as well as accessing the power of the body to influence the mind.

Barbara’s work is both playful and intense, challenging and comforting, familiar and foreign. She reinforces self- growth at each step of the process.

Her workshop includes theatrical role plays and mind- body centring techniques designed to transform the way one listens and responds.

She teachers her students to observe their non-verbal presence and their voice modulation, allowing them to be more aware of how each of these influence their leadership charisma.

Barbara explores the concept of Ensemble Work. In some theatre forms, the ensemble work is key to their style. It involves training focused on functioning as a team. This demands heightened listening and awareness skills from every member of the team. It also involves a lot of impulse training and coordination to help make each performer more agile and attentive to the present moment. She also teaches students how to motivate intercultural and remote teams.

Saturday 13pm -18pm (Keep the evening and next morning free for homework) and Sunday 13pm – 18pm /

Program contents:

• Voice, body work based on partner or group exercises
• Techniques to reduce blockages and promote the individual flow of energy.
• Physical coordination and concentration exercises to increase performance.
• Creativity training for the conscious expansion of the familiar expression vocabulary.
• Associative thinking and brain training to promote and expand on a wealth of ideas.
• Brainstorming, ensemble training, perception training, for group management and for optimal personal opening for group work.
• Promoting goal setting and determination through physical exercises and mind mapping
• Developing concrete visions with the help of collage technique and creative writing
• Heightening each individual’s listening and communication skills
• Increasing awareness of non verbal cues to truly manifest what you want
• Dealing with fight/ flight mindset and become more risk taking and courageous to manifest your goals
• Finding more energy for your goals by defining your life’s purpose
